Came to their restaurant with a large family. They where very accommodating and provided us with whatever requests the kids asked for. Good tasting burgers, especially the hamburger. The Juicy Lucy could've used a tad less sauce but it was still delicious, especially with banana peppers and spicy mayo. What really set this experience apart was the service as we were given fries beforehand so that we didn't sit idly and wait for our food, which took 12 minutes or so as it was prepared fresh. great veg burger! would not have known unless the subway next door had a sign saying no public washroom. fortunately burger factory , right next door did have a washroom and it was clean! Staff was friendly and a vegetarian option on the menu!!! Read Less

Love this place. The names of the burgers are super fun and delicious. The service is awesome, the gentlemen are great every visit. They even have ritual so that makes ordering super fast and efficient. I work close by so that's a plus for me on lunch to save time! I would definitely recommend coming here.
