Neeley’s Van &Storage

Neeley's delivered a stove from home depot and it arrived damaged, the box /packaging did not show any problems. Neeley's went above and beyond on our behalf. They contacted Home depot for us and got the ball rolling for a replacement. within the hour (evening delivery) we were contacted by Home and their replacement people the next day. Neeley had already provided them all with the info and pictures and they were just calling to confirm that all was in place and a replacement was on it's way. My move with Neeley,s was excellent. Starting with the front line staff, Chris, who came to my home to give me an estimate for moving my possession to another city. Plus his follow-up with dates & times for the move and arrival to the destination. Stew & Ryan who packed up my items with diligence & care. Down to the placement of my possessions into a storage unit. No items were damaged due to the care givin when packing the van. Thank you so much Darren & all your staff for a job well done.
